Amsterdam, November 2nd, 2026. Flora Food Group today announces that it has completed the sale of its Latin America business (excluding Mexico and Brazil) to Alicorp, one of the region's leading consumer goods companies.
The transaction covers Flora Food Group's operations across 17 Latin American markets, including its brand portfolio, commercial operations and the production facility in Cali, Colombia. Financial details will not be disclosed at this time.
The transaction reflects Flora Food Group's ongoing, disciplined approach to portfolio management. The Company regularly reviews whether it is the best owner for each part of its business and has concluded that Alicorp - with its deep regional expertise, scale and long-standing knowledge of these operations as a former third-party partner - is better placed to invest in this business for the long term.
Employees in the region across commercial, marketing, supply chain and operational roles will transition to Alicorp as part of the transaction. Flora Food Group and Alicorp have worked together to ensure continuity of employment terms and to support employees through this change. A Transitional Services Agreement between the two companies will support a smooth handover of operations over the coming months.
Customers and suppliers across the region will continue to be served without interruption, with existing commercial arrangements, contacts and service standards remaining in place through the transition.
Flora Food Group's operations in Mexico and Brazil are not part of this transaction and remain part of the Company's long-term growth plans in Latin America.
