Our purpose is to deliver the next generation of delicious, natural, nutritious food; more affordable, more sustainable. Our iconic brands offer compelling choice.

Our current food system is unsustainable. If the diets of G20 nations today were adopted worldwide, by 2050, we would require up to seven planets to support us*. As a branded food champion, we are on a mission to drive positive change through tasty, delicious and nutritious food that is more affordable and more sustainable.

By reaching more people, advocating and inspiring a shift to healthy, sustainable diets, our positive impact for both people and planet grows.

Nourishing
Food

Creating delicious and nutritious food for healthy, sustainable diets.

Thriving
People

Enabling people to thrive through more affordable food and fulfilling work.

Flourishing
Planet

Driving action on climate, nature and resources to be more sustainable.

Our Sustainability Framework contributes to several of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Our Stakeholders

We are committed to driving positive change within the global food system and work hard to cultivate relationships with: suppliers, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), industry advocacy groups, Flora Foodies, consumers, investors, strategic partners, governments, communities and customers. We seek to act responsibly, fairly and transparently in our interactions along our value chain. For more information see the Annual Report 2024.

Materiality

We take a materiality-led approach to our sustainability ambitions. Our Sustainability Framework was created by understanding what really matters to our customers, wider stakeholders and business.’ In 2024, we finalised the latest revision of our DMA. It builds on our 2020 assessment and a detailed analysis conducted in 2023, with input of key internal and external stakeholders. Our updated materiality assessment shows where we can have the greatest impact and is reflected in our Sustainability Framework. Our materiality matrix shows the relationship between the material topics and the three pillars of our Sustainability Framework.

Annual Reporting

Our Flora Food Group Annual Report 2024 sets out our ambition for long-term sustainable growth and promotes our commitments across our three pillars - Nourishing Food, Thriving People, Flourishing Planet are at the heart of our business, with tangible programmes and milestones making our targets ambitious and achievable.
